     Shop Services:

          Design:

               We use 3D solid modeling exclusively, it's simply stronger, better, and faster than drawing in 2D or with pencil and t-square. We design fully automated work cells to arbor press dies and hand tools, in operations as diverse as part machining, stamping, cleaning, painting+drying+curing, to induction heating, assembly, conveyors and magazines. 

          Machining:

We do vertical 3 axis CNC milling, 4 axis (servo rotary) machining and 4+1 axis (servo rotary w/ fixed angular offset) machining and horizontal milling, drilling,  boring and vertical slotting on square, single angle, and compound angle setups.  Duplication also available.

We also do Lathe turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, contouring, tapers, knurling, metal tube forming, and metal spinning.

Machining services are available in Metals, Ceramics, FRP'S (composites), and Plastics.

          Specialty Welding:

We do Specialty TIG, MIG, and Arc welding in Aluminum, Nickel, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Waspalloy, Titanium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, Cast Iron, Cast Aluminum, and occasionally oxygen free Copper.

Mobile Welding:

We also do limited mobile welding repair for machinery that can't be moved or disassembled.  Additional charges are involved to cover dispatch, as well as travel related expenses.  Materials: Mild Steel, Stainless Steels, Aluminums, Cast Iron, Nickel.

We have a certified Welder  (Pipe fitter and Boilermaker) on retainer.

          Brazing and soldering:

We keep Silver Brazing alloys in stock for Specialty jobs that require high strength and/or fluid tight connections in stainless steel,Ni-Span-C, carbides, nickel and copper alloys.

          Fiber-reinforced plastics:

We vacuum mold fiberglass, aramid fiber, carbon fiber, and cored sandwiches: what can we mold for you?

          Repair and Assembly:

These  skills are in short supply these days and we have them in spades!

Mechanical assembly, Electrical assembly, Fabrication, Finishing, and Spray Painting.
